These terms govern your use of Codeesign, a platform for connecting physical items to digital profiles using unique QR codes.

Agreement

By accessing or using Codeesign, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Accounts

You’re responsible for activity under your account.
Keep credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use.
Provide accurate account information.

QR codes, claiming, and transfers

QR codes are unique identifiers associated with items.
Claiming may require a security code and abuse protection.
Transfers are recorded for audit/history purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring transfers are sent to the correct recipient.

Acceptable use

You must not

Attempt to counterfeit or duplicate QR codes
Bypass security or abuse claiming limits
Harass or harm others
Use automation to scrape or overload the platform

You should

Use Codeesign for legitimate ownership tracking
Respect brand and creator IP
Provide accurate information where required

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or security risks. Some records (like ownership history) may remain to preserve system integrity.
